My client is looking for an experienced P&C Coordinator who is also motivated to support the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is designed for a people-person who is highly efficient and organised, enjoys working with a close-knit team, and who is great at building trusted relationships with stakeholders. This role is right for you if you thrive working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working in the office, and pride yourself on accuracy and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:

Accountable for the company HRIS, ensuring all workflows and associated tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Ensures data integrity, accuracy, and security for the HRIS.

Coordinate P&C processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance. Includes coordination of onboarding, L&D, employee rewards, and compliance reporting.

Management of the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and completing reference checks.

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

Experience coordinating and streamlining HR processes and procedures

A genuine interest in recruitment and keenness to support this function

Strong proactivity and problem-solving skills

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Excellent software skills including HRIS, Microsoft Suite and preferably SharePoint

A natural desire and ability to engage with employees and build relationships with stakeholders
