As a Chef at Shōbōsho, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards in food preparation and presentation. If you have a passion for cooking with fire & Japanese - Korean cuisine, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn and provide exceptional guest experience, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards

Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes

Maintain a clean and organized workstation & kitchen

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

Minimum 1 - 2years of proven experience in a similar role and kitchen.

Experience in a Japanese kitchen preferred, but not necessary.

Exceptional communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Creative problem-solving abilities
