The Role

As a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef, you will:

• Lead a section or support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

• Deliver high‑quality, consistent dishes in a fine‑dining environment

• Mentor junior kitchen staff and foster a collaborative team culture

• Assist with menu development, incorporating local, sustainable produce

• Maintain HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a hatted or fine‑dining kitchen (Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level)

• Strong technical skills, knife work, and attention to detail

• A passion for working with premium, seasonal ingredients

• Excellent leadership, communication, and time‑management abilities

• A positive, growth‑oriented mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure
