Brought to you by the team behind Daisies Cottesloe, The Other Side & Ol Buoy, Side Piece is our latest side hustle — because one love is never enough. Whether you’re after a quick coffee fix, a stacked deli sandwich, or a treat that feels just a little bit naughty, we’ve got you covered.

We’re on the hunt for a Head Chef or a gun Sous Chef ready to step up and take charge of our kitchen from day one. This is your chance to help shape a venue from the ground up, working closely with our Venue Operations Manager to bring the Side Piece vision to life.

What we’re looking for:

· Proven experience leading or supporting a fast-paced kitchen

· Passion for simple, flavour-packed food made with care

· Leadership qualities – calm under pressure, motivating to work with

· Attention to detail and a love for quality and consistency

· Confidence to execute a creative menu and contribute your own flavour
