As one of the largest Clubs on the Gold Coast, Club Southport is an iconic Club located in the heart of Southport.

Our facilities include a 400-seat restaurant, café, four bars, function room & events spaces, modern alfresco dining and an indoor - outdoor kids' playground.

As well as our newly renovated gaming room, featuring 199 machines loaded with the most popular and latest games on offer.

After recent renovations and more to come, it is exciting to announce we need more great people to join our team. We are currently looking for an Experienced Chef, with a passion for delivering on an exceptional dining experience.

Have the ability to commit to a position that will include days, nights and weekends.

Prepared and cooked a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

Managed multiple orders simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet service deadlines and maintain efficiency during peak hours.

Maintained a clean and organized workstation, adhering to sanitation guidelines and food safety practices at all times.

Collaborated with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.

Proficient in food safety and sanitation standards

Ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications required to be held or obtainable in an agreed time frame:

Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or above

Food Safety Certificate
