About the role

Pharmacy Focus is seeking a dedicated part-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic team in Rosemeadow, NSW 2560. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our pharmacists in delivering high-quality healthcare to the local community.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with their medication and product inquiries

Accurately processing and dispensing prescriptions under the supervision of our licensed pharmacists

Maintaining stock levels and organisation of the pharmacy

Providing general administrative support to the pharmacy team

Promoting a safe and clean work environment for both customers and staff

What we're looking for

Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for healthcare

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar retail/healthcare role

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

A team-oriented approach and the willingness to learn and develop new skills

Relevant pharmacy qualifications or a willingness to work towards them
