Hurricane Digital is on the hunt for a creative and hands-on Social Media Specialist to join our growing team.

About the Role

As our in-house Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Planning, creating and publishing content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Filming and editing short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks) for internal use and campaigns

Using editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar to produce polished content

Managing and growing Hurricane’s social presence and follower base

Creating and managing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns via Meta Business Suite

Monitoring content performance and iterating based on insights

Staying on top of social media trends and applying them creatively to our brand

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years' experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing

Strong video production skills – from filming to editing

Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar editing platforms

A creative thinker with strong attention to detail

Experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns

A passion for digital storytelling, trends and engagement

Bonus: Familiarity with local SEO or experience in an agency setting
