Zed3 Medical Group is a multi-disciplinary mental health business operating in Canberra and via Telehealth around Australia. We provide services in psychology and psychiatry, predominantly focused on trauma-informed care for a variety of clients across the Australian Defence Force as well as in various first responder, veteran, and civilian communities.

We are seeking a thoughtful and skilled Social Media and Digital marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will work closely with our Brand & Engagement Coordinator to build and enhance our social media presence, engage with and expand our community, and establish Zed3 as a leading authority in mental healthcare.

The position is casual (10-15 hours per week) and flexible hours are available working from our office in Bruce, ACT. Applications from students and recent graduates will be accepted.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms.

Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely manner.

Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimise performance.

Collaborate with the Brand & Engagement Coordinator to ensure content aligns with our mission and values, and best practice in communicating about and for wellbeing.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools.

Basic graphic design skills and ability to translate design requirements into a clear graphic design brief.

Knowledge of SEO best practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organisational planning skills.

Passion for mental health and communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the mental health and wellbeing sector.

Familiarity with concepts, terminology, and best practice communications in mental health.

Social Media Strategy

SEO and Data Analytics
