Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations. For more than 75 years, we have been delivering high quality family and relationship support services, and we now support more than 20,000 clients every year. We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
What makes this role special
Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, you will play a crucial role in fostering a productive, inclusive, high-performing work environment across all areas. Working as a generalist, providing advice about our people policies and enterprise agreements, as well as recruitment, performance management, engagement and culture activities including staff surveys, ad hoc projects, reporting, OHS and Workcover including return to work and best practices to support the operational needs of the business.

About you
- HR Degree and several years relevant experience in a generalist role.
- Solid understanding of the Employment law and legislation so able to provide advice.
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and solve problems, managing competing high-priority tasks.
- The ability to develop respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Solid communication, organisational and time management skills.
