Randstad is currently recruiting a Sales Representative to join the sales team of a valued client based in Molendinar. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a 4-day week sales role focused on building strong client relationships and driving business growth across South East QLD and Northern NSW.

We are seeking a motivated individual with a proven ability to generate sales and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly regarded, particularly if you have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and technical products.

Key duties

• Proactively identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities
• Educate potential and existing clients on product features and benefits
• Estimate dimensions and material requirements to prepare accurate quotes and orders
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, competitors and market trends
• Build and manage strong relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Prepare accurate quotes and maintain records using the company CRM system
• Support order management, stock control, and delivery coordination

Skills required

• Proven success in a sales role, ideally within the manufacturing or construction industry
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing processes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills
