About this Role

Are you a high-performing salesperson from the waste management industry (preferred but not required) or other industry?

We’re building a dynamic waste management company in Brisbane. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging in initial market entry setup and brand development and ongoing sales and business development.

Remuneration

Salary: +$80,000 (negotiable) + commission + car allowance (negotiable).

Optional: Generous equity share plan available for candidates with the right experience.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Identify, gather and target leads.

See the sales process through to close.

Act as a primary relationship owner for ongoing customers.

General activities to maintain and grow revenue.

Develop and implement growth strategies.

Identify and execute growth opportunities.

Other duties as deemed necessary by the Company from time to time.

Skills & Experience
Essential:

Proven track-record with all aspects of selling (sourcing leads, prospecting and signing).

Self-starter with a high level of self-organisation, motivation and independence.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to build and develop effective working relationships especially with customers.

Desirable:

Experience or knowledge of the waste management sector.

Sales experience.
