About the role

Gold Coast Blinds and Shutters is seeking a talented and driven On-Road Sales Representative to join our growing team in our Currumbin Waters location. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to both residential and commercial clients. With a focus on providing tailored solutions, you will showcase our high-quality range of blinds, shutters, and related products to potential customers.

What you'll be doing

Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide personalised product recommendations

Conduct in-home consultations to measure and assess customer requirements

Prepare detailed quotes and proposals that align with customer needs and budgets

Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business through excellent service

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert guidance

Contribute to the overall sales targets and growth objectives of the business

What we're looking for

Proven track record in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the window furnishing or interior design industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales

Keen eye for detail and the ability to accurately measure and assess customer requirements is essential

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and going the extra mile

Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting

A team player who is adaptable, resilient, and committed to contributing to the overall success of the business
