We're looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our passionate and supportive team. This is a hands-on, on-the-road role focused on building relationships, growing sales, and representing trusted brands across Brisbane metro and regional QLD.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Managing and growing customer accounts: “Pounding the pavement, knocking on doors”

· Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets

· Handling forecasting, promotions, in-store execution, and CRM management

· Working closely with marketing to roll out campaigns and build brand presence

· Representing the business at industry events and gathering market insights

What We’re Looking For:

Ideally 3+ years of sales experience in one of the following industries:

Hardware, Construction, Home security, Automotive

Proven success in territory or account management

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Proficient with MS Office and CRM platforms

A professional, self-motivated mindset with a passion for sales & customer service
