Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape a dynamic culture for the venue and its team in line with strategic plans. Your input will be sought in identifying areas for development. You will be responsible for driving the performance of the venue in conjunction with the Management team through implementing plans in line with the business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

Hands on leadership and accountability of the team, including supervision and evaluation of performances

Creating and maintaining an atmosphere where customer service standards can thrive

Driving sales to meet targets and budgets

Controlling operational costs

Compliance in both regulatory and company standards

Participating in and contributing to group management , marketing and finance projects

To be successful for the role, you will have:

Experience in hospitability management

A strong understanding of the hotel industry, customer service standards and how to exceed them

Professional manager and presentation

Roster availability in line with business needs

Lead from the front and set the best of examples

Correct certificates and licenses

St Lords is known for the bistro, beer garden, gaming and functions. We are the place to be before and after footy games, 5 minute walk from the GMHBA stadium.

Our venue is open from 10am-4am, Monday through Sunday.
