BuildcraftWA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join our growing team working in Kwinana Beach. We are offering a permanent position in a rapidly growing organisation with potential for career growth.

This is an exciting new position at Buildcraft WA created in response to our growing number of bids, tenders and submissions and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make it their own.

This role involves reporting to the Managing Director and undertakes all tender and submission functions.

You will be responsible for:

Assisting in coordinating the scheduling, planning and production of EOI, tenders and submissions

Working alongside the directors writing non-technical sections of proposals.

Research and scope out tender opportunities via tender websites

Produce tender and submission assets.

Maintain and update all submissions material in the library and client information in the system

Maintenance of bid and opportunity records

Proactive in finding more avenues of opportunities for business and grants.

YOU

To be considered for the role of Tender/Submissions Coordinator you must have:

Recent and relevant experience working in Bids/ Submissions in the building and construction industry

Knowledge and understanding of building code of practice

Strong creative/ proposal writing abilities

Excellent organisation and time management skills, ability to work to deadlines

Ability to work well both autonomously and within a team environment

Experienced and advanced user of Microsoft 365 and Adobe packages

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail is essential
