Part-Time Practice Nurse- Make a Meaningful Impact

Green Square Health is seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Practice Nurse to join our high-performing team. This is an opportunity to do more than tick boxes- you’ll help shape how primary care is delivered in a clinic that values both excellence and empathy.

About the Role

This part-time role is ideal for a nurse who:

Wants to build ongoing, meaningful relationships with patients.

Is passionate about preventive health and population outcomes.

Understands how effective nursing care supports great team workflows and patient results.

Works independently, but thrives in a collaborative and supportive team.

You’ll be involved in:

Care planning, health assessments and chronic disease management.

Immunisations, wound care, ECGs, infusions, and assisting with procedures.

Proactively identifying patient needs—including opportunistic care, recalls, and follow-up.

Working closely with GPs, admin, and other nurses to provide thoughtful, well-coordinated care.

What We’re Looking For

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Experience in general practice or a strong interest in primary care.

Confidence using systems, reminders, and data to drive quality care.

A warm, communicative approach with a strong sense of initiative.

An interest in how nursing can contribute to long-term patient outcomes and team success.

Bonus if you have:

Nurse immuniser certification and venepuncture skills.

Experience with Best Practice software.
