About the role

Horizon Medical Centre Stepney in Adelaide is seeking an experienced and passionate General practice Registered nurse to join our close-knit team. As a full-time role based in Stepney SA 5069, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within our thriving general practice.

What you'll be doing

Providing nursing care and support to patients of all ages, including health assessments, chronic disease management, and immunisations

Assisting doctors with examinations, procedures, and minor treatments

Coordinating and implementing preventative health programs

Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring the smooth running of the practice

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients

Participating in continuous professional development to enhance your nursing skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration

General practice nursing experience

Experience or willingness to learn in assisting skin cancer surgery and Cosmetics

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based nursing practice

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

A passion for primary healthcare and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of our patients

Proficient in using medical software and technology
