Stafford St Medical Home is seeking an experienced permanent part time nurse to join their dynamic nursing team in Penrith NSW, working Tuesdays and Fridays from 8.30am to 5.00pm!

About the practice

We are an established small family friendly General Practice situated at the foot of the Blue Mountains in Penrith. It has a focus on Chronic Disease, ongoing care and many other health services. The Practice premises are close to Nepean Hospital, local shops and public transport. There is convenient on street parking.

About you

• You have a passion for preventative health and primary care
• You can contribute to a high performing, dynamic team
• You are experienced and knowledgeable about all aspects of nursing in General Practice and are willing to put these skills to the test in an interview!

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with minor surgical procedures
• Performing child and adult immunisations
• Wound Care
• Health Assessments and Care Plans

Skills & experience

• Previous experience working in GENERAL PRACTICE is essential
• A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Minimum 3 years post registration experience
• RN AHPRA registration
