About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse For General Practice to join our dynamic team at the Hurlstone Park Medical Centre. As a full-time Nurse For General Practice, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the seamless operation of our busy general practice.

What you'll be doing

Assisting doctors with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures

Administering vaccinations, injections, and other nursing interventions

Conducting health assessments, managing chronic conditions, and providing patient education

Coordinating and managing the general practice's nursing duties and supplies

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes

Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations

What we're looking for

Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach

Experience in managing nursing duties, including inventory and workflow

Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technology

Willing to learn new skills relevant to general practice
