restaurant management/ floor supervisor experience, with a talent for creating memorable and welcoming experiences for all guests

a passion for food, people, and hospitality

a strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails

enjoy working as part of a focused (and fun) team

have excellent communication and organisational skills
