Your Role As the Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our launch and ongoing operations. You will lead by example, inspiring a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional service and create unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day service.
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of hosts, servers, and bartenders to uphold our high standards of hospitality.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a cohesive and synchronized dining experience.
Develop and implement service protocols, training manuals, and performance benchmarks.
Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests with efficiency and poise.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to exceed expectations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Maintain inventory and manage relationships with vendors for front-of-house supplies.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
A deep understanding of Japanese cuisine, culture, and hospitality is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A genuine passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.
Proficiency in reservation and point-of-sale systems.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
