About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Milkwood Bakery team as a Front of House Supervisor. In this full-time or part-time position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience at our artisan bakery in Berry, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the front of house team

Maintaining a positive & friendly work environment

Training & encouraging junior staff members

Ensuring outstanding customer service by monitoring and supporting the team

Handling customer queries and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy

Monitoring inventory and stock levels, and placing orders as needed

Assisting with cash management and reconciliation

Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service

Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised front of house environment

Supporting the overall operations of the Bakery as needed

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in a similar front of house supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in cash handling and inventory management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
