Supervisor – Bad Love Burger Co. Location: West Leederville, WA

Bad Love Burger Co. is Perth’s best burger restaurant, known for smashburgers, fried chicken, and local craft beers – all made with quality, local produce and house-made sauces. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to help lead our team through service and day-to-day operations.

About the Role:

As a Supervisor, you’ll support the management team and play a key role in ensuring smooth kitchen and front-of-house operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating the team through lunch and dinner service

Coordinating food prep and service to maintain consistency and quality

Supporting and mentoring junior staff in both kitchen and customer service roles

Managing opening and/or closing procedures

Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring effective stock rotation

Ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety standards

Collaborating with the leadership team to deliver an efficient, friendly, and clean work environment

Assisting with daily operational tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in hospitality or food

A passion for quality food and great service

Strong communication and people management skills

Ability to delegate, support others, and lead by example

Knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards

Desirable (but not essential):

Certificate in Hospitality, Kitchen Operations or Commercial Cookery

Approved Manager Certification

RSA (or willingness to obtain)

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
