Our historical building once housed Melbourne’s original luxury automobile showroom. We’re reviving this history of extravagance but without the stuffiness of yesteryear.

Our Venues the ‘Showroom Bar’ and ‘The Conservatory’ are reminisent of the understated elegance of London… think Mayfair and Chelsea.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience as a Bartender or Waitstaff or Runner in an a-la-carte restaurant

Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations

Passion for food and beverage

Outstanding time management

Excellent attention to detail

Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude

Professional presentation and strong communication

Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts

Victorian RSA Certificate
