About the role
Halston The Salon is looking for an experienced and passionate Part-Time or Casual Senior Stylist to join our team in Mount Waverley.

We are a modern, education-rich salon, proudly working with O&M, and committed to creating exceptional experiences for both our clients and our team. Days are somewhat flexible, however we have high demand on Monday, Thursday afternoons/evenings, Fridays, and Saturdays.

What you’ll be doing

Delivering outstanding haircutting, colouring, and styling services to a loyal and growing clientele

Offering thoughtful, personalised consultations to create beautiful, lived-in looks

Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service that aligns with Halston’s reputation

Contributing to a positive, inspiring salon environment

Participating in regular education and development opportunities to continue refining your craft

What we’re looking for

Minimum 4+ years of salon floor experience as a qualified stylist

Strong technical skills across cutting, colouring, and blowdrying

A commitment to ongoing education and professional growth

A warm, client-first approach with excellent communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment

Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent) required
