About the Role:
This fantastic opportunity at our Caboolture branch as our Service Administrator, would suit someone who has previously worked in a workshop or dealership environment in a Parts, Stores, Service Advisor, Warranty, General Admin.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:
Service Admin:
Opening/closing jobs, parts and timesheet allocation to jobs and invoicing
Follow up of post warranty and service work
Planning of job schedules & booking workshop jobs
Accounts Payable & Receivable processing
Debtor/Creditor management
Greet customers for service department
Additionally, when needed; you will help out in the areas of:
Parts Department
Scheduling in company truck
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
Prior service / administration experience
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Ability to work well within a team environment
Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Professional presentation
Forklift Licence (desirable)
