We are looking for a charismatic, motivated and creative person who is eager to work for a well established construction firm in Crows Nest. We have an amazing team culture, great clients and deliver beautiful projects.
If you have experience with office coordination and have an interest in sales and marketing, then this could be the role for you.
We are looking for a team player to work in 2 areas of the business, first as an office coordinator ensuring the day-to-day office is running smoothly. Secondly, supporting the sales and marketing team to assist with their proposals, CRM, client events and styling of the completed office fitout projects.
The role is dynamic, no two days are the same, we are willing to train the right person to ensure we get a long lasting team member with opportunities to grow in their career.
Responsibilities:
The role involves the following items:
Office Administration
• Answer phones and pass on to relevant person
• Answer the front door and welcome guests
• Accept deliveries and make contact aware
• Ensure office is kept tidy, including sorting dishwasher and paper in stationary area
• Photocopier- ensure paper is full
• Stationary orders – track supplies and order monthly (approx.)
• Place grocery order for Monday morning delivery and keep pantry well-stocked
• Site signage – order supplies as required
Team Assistance
• Arrange birthday cakes and birthday cards
• Order catering for office lunches or events
• Update employee phone list when new person starts
• Assist with uniform inventory/orders and distribution to new team members
• Assist with arranging team events
• Communicate with team when requests come through. Ie uniforms, stationary, IT devices etc
Marketing:
• Assist the Sales and Operations Director to run weekly marketing and tender meetings
• Update marketing material, including corporate profiles and case studies.
• Liaise with the marketing / graphic consultant to create new material, as required
• Assist with tender submissions, as required
• Help organise team and client events
• Maintain the CRM database
• Assisting with client satisfaction surveys at end of project
• Procure and install styling items at the end of completed projects (art, decor, soft furnishings)
• Some social media management
