Your mission: grow the rent roll.
Key responsibilities:

• Proactively source and secure new managements through a mix of lead generation, prospecting, and referral networks
• Leverage marketing and brand power to stand out and win new business
• Grow the rent roll strategically, targeting high-quality, long-term landlord clients
• Appraise investment properties and pitch tailored management solutions that align with the luxury brand
• Nurture investor relationships and build long-term trust with landlords, developers, and referral partners
• Collaborate closely with the property management and sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients

What we’re looking for:

• A proven track record in business development, sales, or real estate
• Experience in property management or rent roll growth is highly desirable
• A confident communicator with strong people skills and a solutions-focused mindset
• Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
• A polished and professional presence aligned with a luxury brand
• A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
