As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Estimator who’s ready to take ownership of our quoting processes and help us drive the business forward.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, full-time role where you’ll lead and refine our quoting and estimating processes across a variety of projects. We’re looking for someone who thrives on ownership, efficiency, and results — not someone who needs to be micromanaged.

Key responsibilities include:

· • Prepare accurate, detailed, and competitive cost estimates

· • Review scopes, drawings, and specs to ensure quoting accuracy

· • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing

· • Refine and streamline our internal quoting systems

· • Work with the field and project teams to ensure smooth job delivery

· • Attend occasional site visits for scoping and validation

· • Use or learn job management tools like AroFlo, Fergus, or Catapult

About You

You’re commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and confident in your ability to improve systems and deliver results. You take initiative, work well independently, and are ready to bring structure to a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for someone with:

· Proven experience in estimating (electrical, HVAC, or construction sectors)

· Strong commercial acumen — you know how to price for profit

· Confidence in interpreting plans, specs, and scopes of work

· Excellent communication and time management skills

· Proficiency with quoting software, spreadsheets, and job systems

· Bonus: Experience in process improvement or system implementation
