Sales Manager - Southeast Queensland.

As the Sales Manager you will market to prospects in your designated geography and market sector. You will focus on meeting personal sales targets, new business development and maintaining customer relationships. You will leverage your knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills to drive sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities of your new role

• Create and execute a sales plan to retain and grow revenue and win new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value.
• Prepare presentations for sales meetings, network within the industry and gather market intelligence to boost brand visibility.
• Configure tailored product/service solutions and negotiate agreements within defined commercial parameters.
• Accurately input and manage customer data in CRM to support retention, development, and reporting.
• Work with internal teams as the customer advocate to enhance service delivery.
• Support a safety-first culture and ensure a healthy working environment.
