The Opportunity

We’re currently seeking a Physiotherapist to manage a pre-existing diverse neurological caseload within the community. This includes supporting clients aged 16+ with both acute and chronic presentation primarily funded through the NDIS.

You’ll work in a flexible role that allows you to shape your schedule and build on an existing caseload in your local area to reduce travel time and enhance work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality neurological physiotherapy services in community settings

Develop and implement individualised treatment plans

Conduct sessions in-home, via telehealth, or in community locations (e.g. pools, parks, beaches)

Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and disability networks

Complete clear and timely NDIS reports and documentation

About You

Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration

3+ years’ experience in neurological physiotherapy (highly regarded but not required)

Demonstrated experience with NDIS participants and report writing (highly regarded but not required)

Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and part of a team to manage a neurological caseload

Passionate about delivering ethical and client-first care

Requirements:

Reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s Licence

National Police Check & Working With Children Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check
