Main duties and responsibilities:

Working on projects within the civil and infrastructure sectors, focusing on the construction stage of major infrastructure projects.

Liaising with the engineering team to convey design concepts through 3D models and 2D drawings.

Delivering high-quality design documentation including drawings and sketches using Revit and AutoCAD, in accordance with defined protocols and procedures.

Creating Revit families of structural members and construction engineering content.

Communicating and building relationships with clients.

Working both independently and as part of a Team during the completion of their tasks.

Maintaining regular and timely communication with managers and colleagues on the progress and issues that develop in relation to ongoing projects.

Establishing ongoing rapport with colleagues and clients.

Reporting to Digital Engineering Manager.

Work Experience Requirements

3+ years’ experience of structural/civil Revit modelling and drafting experience.

Experience in the principles, practices and procedures of engineering drafting.

Proficient in use of Revit and AutoCAD.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of construction detailing.

Ability to manage own project and work well both within a team environment.

Exceptional communication skills.

Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Drafting are advantageous
