Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of clinical trials, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician with clinical trial experience to join our team. In this role, you will work closely alongside our experienced IP Technician, supporting the management of investigational products across a variety of studies. Key Responsibilities
Prepare, dispense, and manage investigational products in accordance with study protocols, GCP, and GMP standards
Maintain accurate pharmacy documentation, including IP accountability logs, temperature records, and inventory tracking
Collaborate with clinical and research teams to ensure timely and compliant IP handling
Support study start-up, closeout, and audit readiness from a pharmacy perspective
Participate in internal and external audits and inspections as required
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a clinical trials setting or with investigational drugs
Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, TGA, and/or FDA / European regulatory requirements
Experience with IP accountability, randomisation systems (e.g., IWRS/IVRS), and temperature monitoring
Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
Desirable
Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
