Qualifications & experience

5+ years’ experience in ICT Business Analytics field (degree is not required but desirable)

5+ years’ experience in ICT Solutions (relevant Certificate or Job reference will be an added advantage)

5+ years’ experience in ICT support and repair (relevant Certificate or Job reference will be an added advantage)

Hands on experience of ICT infrastructure setup and deployment i.e. cybersecurity, networking, servers, copiers, printers, etc

Must have HP (Hewlett Packard) accreditation and certification in copiers, printers, and IT Solutions.

Possess knowledge of Hewlett Packard Professional & Managed Services, experience with managed print solution and software essential.

Have sufficient knowledge of providing vendor natural ICT solutions.

Be self-driven and have the ability to work autonomously with proven problem-solving skills.

Must understand sales steps, processes and procedures, conduct presentations and Collaborate with the marketing team to build market awareness of PRC.

Tasks & responsibilities

Working closely with customers to assess and understand the challenges of their processes and system that impacting their daily operations.

Documenting the requirements, including but not limited to their background, the business model, current system and processes, software, office and IT equipment.

Assessing and identifying any outdated software, office equipment, IT equipment and hardware that impacting the business’ performance and security.

Designing a high-quality solution based on the assessment to improve the business’ workflow and efficiency, including but not limited to print solutions, video conferencing system, VoIP services, server and network infrastructure, and software-as-a-service.

Producing business processes, list of functional and non-functional requirements of the system based on the business’ requirements, and acceptance criteria using various analytics tools and methodologies.

Creating a project documentation, including the scope, budget estimation, time, limitation, and resources by applying field standard analytic tools and methodologies.

Collaborating with clients and technical teams to determine, document, and prioritise business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives and desired outcomes.

Liaise with all stakeholders, including vendors, technical teams, and product managers to ensure the solution fits the purpose and create documentation.

Be able to build, manage and grow existing internal and external relationships.

Scheduling and facilitating a post-deployment training session

Be a central reference and information source for internal staff and external customers, respond to tenders with detailed project plans and timeline.
