Experienced ICT Business Analyst NEEDED

Duties and Responsibilities:

§ Work closely with engineers, project teams, and operations staff to gather and define business needs within building services environments

§ Examine and map existing business processes related to project delivery, maintenance, and client servicing to identify areas for improvement

§ Analyse inefficiencies in operational workflows and propose practical, system-driven solutions to enhance productivity and service quality

§ Contribute to project planning by applying structured project management principles, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline tracking

§ Oversee the rollout of digital tools and process improvements—such as job management platforms, maintenance scheduling systems, or service request portals

§ Design and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure new systems meet business needs and maintain operational integrity

§ Develop and deliver training sessions and user documentation to support the successful adoption of new processes and systems

§ Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for software vendors or internal developers

§ Model business processes and system data flows to guide the development and implementation of custom or off-the-shelf software

§ Provide ongoing support and subject-matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business goals

§ Partner with both technical teams and end-users to enhance the usability and performance of platforms supporting service delivery and project management

Qualification and Experience required:

At least a relevant Bachelor degree or higher with at least three years of relevant work experience.
