The Role:

We are seeking a skilled ICT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions. This role involves analysing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective ICT solutions to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives.

Analysis and Documentation: Analyse business processes and workflows, and create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.

Solution Design: Work with the ICT team to design and propose technology solutions that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ICT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and the ICT department, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment of goals.

Testing and Validation: Coordinate and conduct testing of ICT solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of ICT solutions.

Skills & Experience:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the ICT sector.

Experience with project management methodologies.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

Knowledge of ICT systems and technologies.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
