Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to gather and document specific project requirements, ensuring they align with company capabilities and client expectations.

2. Examining, researching, and evaluating existing processes, procedures, and work practices within the company to ensure they align with industry standards and best practices.

3. Identifying inefficiencies in the company’s processes and recommending best practices, efficient methodologies, and optimized systems to enhance overall project execution.

4. Applying specific project management methodologies and techniques to formulate detailed project plans, estimate costs, allocate resources, and oversee project timelines, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project deliveries.

5. Being accountable for deploying functional solutions at construction sites, which may include rolling out new construction technologies or methods,and establishing system test plans that guarantee the quality, safety, and integrity of construction projects.

6. Developing and disseminating user manuals and training documentation related to company-specific construction tools, equipment, or software, and leading formal training sessions for construction staff to enhance skill levels.

7. Drafting detailed functional specifications for the procurement or customization of construction software, tools, or machinery, ensuring they meet the unique needs of the company and the projects it undertakes.

8. Leveraging data and process modelling techniques to formulate precise specifications for the design, procurement, and deployment of construction- centric software, tools, or systems.

9. Serving as the primary liaison and point of reference for all construction system-related queries, providing guidance, insights, and support throughout the project’s lifecycle, aiding in informed decision-making within the company.

Qualifications:

Appropriate qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Prior experience as an ICT Business Analyst.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficient in data and process modelling techniques.
