HFM Legal is a fast growing, local law practice located in Mount Lawley. We require a Receptionist with the skills, experience and savvy to be the back bone of our day-to-day operations.

Remuneration and benefits

$60,000 per annum plus superannuation;

Description

You will be involved in various aspects of the company including but not limited to front line contact with clients both in person and by telephone, creating new client forms and opening new matter files electronically and in hard copy; minor bookkeeping; issuing accounts electronically, collecting post in the morning; posting pot in the afternoon. You must have a working knowledge of Microsoft word and ideally (but not essentially) with experience using some form of electronic document and accounting systems. (Currently we use Smokeball and will train you on this system). You will be a key part of a small team. Applicants are to be highly organised, efficient, motivated and well presented. The right person for the role will also possess exceptional customer service skills (and treat all client matters with confidentiality), the ability to multi-task and have a strong work ethic. Previous experience working within the legal industry is desirable but not essential.

The position is permanent full-time, Mondays to Fridays (8.30am to 5.00pm), subject to an initial 3 month probationary period.
