A leading national organisation in the industrial solutions sector is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join their team. This confidential role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a stable, long-established company with strong systems, supportive teams, and a reputation for excellent customer service. You will play a key role in front-desk management, administrative support, and basic invoicing.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in a receptionist, admin, or office support role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Solid time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to support a wider team

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct departments
  • Assist with invoicing and data entry using Pronto
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams across departments
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and maintain supplies
  • Keep reception and shared office areas tidy and organised
  • Support appointment scheduling and meeting room coordination
  • Assist with other general office duties as required
