We are now seeking a Digital Application Specialist (CTS) to join our Commercial team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead education and training across our advanced digital platforms – including CEREC, inLab, Sidexis, SiCAT, and DS Core – supporting customers in adopting digital workflows and maximising their investment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinicians and dental teams

· Conduct engaging in-person and virtual education sessions, tailored to user needs

· Provide post-training support to enhance product adoption and workflow integration

· Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align training with business priorities

· Represent DS in educational workshops, events, and key opinion leader (KOL) engagement

· Continuously improve training materials and explore innovative learning tools

What You’ll Bring:

✔ Experience in dental, healthcare, or digital application training
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
✔ Strong organisational and multitasking ability
✔ A passion for customer success and digital transformation
✔ Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital platforms is a plus
