Your role at St John of God Health Care
You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption and utilisation of Microsoft 365 (M365) tools and services within the organisation. This role will provide expertise in M365 tools and services for caregivers and involves developing and executing change management strategies, training programs, and communication plans to ensure caregivers effectively leverage M365 to enhance productivity and collaboration.
The Position
- Lead M365 adoption efforts, driving digital literacy, innovation, and resilience.
- Develop and implement change strategies and communications.
- Engage M365 champions and power users to build a community of practice.
- Align adoption initiatives with organizational goals in collaboration with key teams.
- Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and refine strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and meetings to address concerns.
- Monitor Microsoft Message Center for relevant updates and communicate changes.
- Manage the M365 Learning Portal, providing training and resources.
- Develop user guides, reference materials, and adoption content.
- Create videos, events, and newsletters to promote M365 usage.
- Deliver training to support effective tool utilisation.
- Work with stakeholders to tailor adoption strategies to their needs.
- Act as a liaison between Digital & Technology and business units.
- Escalate technical issues to the Platform Applications Support team.
- Establish and chair the M365 Governance Group.
- Manage M365 changes, risks, issues, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Information Management team on content lifecycle management.
- Implement and enforce policies, standards, and automation for M365 tools.
You will have a proven track record in planning and delivering Microsoft 365 adoption strategies and experience in implementing and managing adoption programs for M365 tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner and Outlook. You will have an in-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, their benefits, and use cases for different industries or business units.
Additionally you will have experience in creating and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and communications tailored to various user groups with demonstrated proficiency in designing user-focused materials, including guides, videos, and FAQs.
To succeed you will possess a Tertiary degree/relevant qualification and significant work experience. It is highly regarded if you hold the Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist Adoption Specialist certification and have healthcare industry experience.
