Position Overview

This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and bringing creativity into care. As a Client Relationship Coordinator, you’ll spend your days visiting aged care sites, hosting coffee catch-ups with clients, supporting staff in the field, and organising meaningful lifestyle events for residents.

It’s a unique mix of relationship-building, field-based service, and operational support — perfect for someone who thrives on variety, responsibility, and impact. You’ll also coordinate with our Allocations Team and work closely with our Head of Partnerships to align on high-level client strategy.

Key Responsibilities

📞 Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our aged care and home care clients through regular visits, calls, and check-ins.

✅ Staff Audits – Conduct spot checks on nurses and support workers during shifts, ensuring high standards and providing constructive feedback.

📅 Scheduling Support – Assist our Allocations Team with rostering and coordination to ensure seamless shift coverage.

🎨 Lifestyle Event Coordination – Organise engaging activities for aged care residents at our client's facilities that enrich their daily lives and foster community.

🔧 Complaint Resolution & Staff Support – Address issues raised by clients, meet with staff to resolve concerns, and arrange additional training where needed.

💼 Partnership Alignment – Work closely with our Head of Partnerships to ensure site-level service delivery aligns with broader client goals.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident, warm, and people-focused approach

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel daily

Experience in healthcare, aged care, or nursing is highly desirable.
