We are seeking a motivated, relationship-focused and detail-oriented Client Engagement Coordinator to join our passionate team.
In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, referrers, and partners—supporting intake processes, delivering exceptional customer service, and building strong, collaborative relationships that support our mission. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive timely and compassionate support, while also helping to grow our network through targeted outreach and partnership development.
Working closely with the leadership and therapy teams, you’ll oversee client intake and waitlist management, coordinate client-related clinics, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to marketing initiatives including social media and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the warm, proactive first point of contact at Enabled Designs—offering helpful, creative support to clients, referrers, and partner
Manage client intake, inquiries, and waitlists with care and accuracy
Proactively build and strengthen a dynamic network of clients, suppliers, and partners to support growth and collaboration
Foster strong relationships with referrers and stakeholders to grow client referrals
Deliver high-quality, client-focused customer service across all communication channels
Contribute to marketing efforts including email campaigns, social media, and events
Lead the coordination of promotional activities and represent the organisation professionally
Support continuous improvement, compliance, and safety across all aspects of service delivery
Champion the values of Enabled Designs while positively contributing to team culture
Assist with administrative functions to support the broader team and business operations
About You:
A background in customer service, marketing, or business development, allied health practitioners welcome to apply (or similar)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
Confident managing multiple tasks with excellent organisation and attention to detail
Experience working with or understanding of NDIS, aged care, or disability services is highly regarded
Proven experience in growing and expanding business networks through strategic relationship-building, both in-person and remotely
A proactive and professional attitude, with the ability to work independently and in a team
