About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at RubberGem, as an Internal Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our diverse client base. This full-time position is based in our East Rockingham, WA office, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

What you'll be doing

Proactively reach out to likely customers to identify new sales opportunities and manage ongoing accounts

Respond to inbound sales inquiries, providing product information and pricing details to potential customers

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities through the CRM.

Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to help improve overall sales strategies

Assist with other administrative sales duties as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the tyre or manufacturing industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Proficient in using sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM) software

A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for driving business growth
