Sales Representative Position Description

Reports to: The Sales Representative will report to the National Sales Manager.

Job Summary

At Struddys, Sales Representatives play a key role in maintaining and expanding our business. Sales Representatives must use excellent customer service skills and Struddys brand knowledge to seek out new customers while continuing strong relationships with current customers. He/she must be motivated to meet monthly sales targets and operate outside of standard work hours.

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain thorough knowledge of Struddys’ licences, products, pricing, and branding guidelines.

Must meet monthly sales targets set by management.

Identify and seek out new customers.

Log all customer contacts on the Struddys CRM system.

Attend school and club visits both inside and outside standard work hours.

Regular sales trips to visit customers – may be required to travel via air and/or stay overnight.

Represent Struddys at carnivals and positively interact with customers.

Respond to customer enquiries throughout the week within 48 hours (including weekends) – including phone calls, emails, and text messages.

Make phone calls to customers to discuss problems or issues with an order.

Consistently communicate with customers regarding the status their orders.

Communicate effectively and at regular intervals with internal departments to ensure orders are accurate and run smoothly.

Respond to National Sales Manager in timely manner when a specific task has been delegated.

Adhere to company procedures regarding the creation and flow of orders.

Develop a professional and collaborative relationship with Sales Assistant.

Qualifications and Skills

Able to operate mobile phone.

Drivers licence.

Have access to a car.

Background in sports.
