Paramount Browns' Retail Division at Gepps Cross are seeking a customer service and logistics co-ordinator.

Your main role is to receive customer orders, co-ordinate freight consignments and assist customers with general enquiries in person or via email and phone.

Your main duties will include:

In-store sales and customer service

Co-ordinating orders, freight deliveries and pickups

Answering online or phone customer enquiries

Requirements:

A passion for customer service

Highly organised and process driven

Strong communication skills

Driven to develop new knowledge & skills

High level of computer literacy

Accuracy with attention to detail

Well presented, friendly and approachable

Hardware sales experience preferred

We value individuals who are highly motivated, customer service-oriented with a polite and professional telephone manner.

Your weekly hours will include on a rotating roster:

Monday to Friday (38 hrs)

1 day per month weekend overtime.

Transition to full time permanency within 12 months

Additional overtime is available
