About the role
Join the dynamic team at Hunter Valley Resort + Farm as our new full-time Events Co-Ordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, organising and executing a diverse range of events and functions that showcase the unique offerings of our premier resort destination.
What you'll be doing
Liaise with clients, suppliers and vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of all events
Monitor and report on event performance
Provide exceptional customer service to our guests before, during and after events
What we're looking for
Experience is essential in a similar events co-ordination role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry
Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and colleagues
Passion for creating exceptional experiences and delivering exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
