Latitude Recruitment is pleased to be working with a local Timbermill to recruit a Stores Co-Ordinator to join their high-performing production team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role working alongside an experienced Stores Manager and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of a busy site.

💼 About the Role

As the Stores Co-Ordinator, you’ll play a central role in managing inventory, supporting procurement, and coordinating logistics. You'll work closely with the Stores Manager, maintenance and production teams to ensure the timely flow of goods and services to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Stores Manager in day-to-day stores operations

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment

Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stocktakes

Coordinate purchasing and supplier relationships

Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods

Operate forklifts and trucks to support operations

Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings

What We’re Looking For

Essential: Previous experience in a warehouse/inventory role and a current forklift licence

Desirable: Certificate III in Warehousing Operations and/or trade industry experience

Strong attention to detail, with a safety-first mindset

Solid computer skills – confident using Word, Excel, and Outlook

A collaborative team player with great communication skills
