Dallas International, a trusted name in food distribution across Australia, is seeking a Logistics and Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team. This hybrid role is the operational engine of the business — ensuring best-in-class delivery to our customers while supporting key business functions across logistics, sales, procurement, and administration.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, problem-solving, and coordination. You'll lead the daily logistics function while streamlining internal systems, supporting account management, and driving continuous improvement across supply chain and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Inventory
• Process and manifest daily deliveries to ensure timely national distribution
• Liaise with 3PL warehouses, transport companies, and manufacturing partners
• Oversee Proof of Delivery (POD) processes and transport issue resolution
• Coordinate local and international movement of raw and finished goods
• Monitor inventory levels across DCs and align procurement with sales demand
Customer Service & Sales Support
• Support the sales team with order processing, system management, and key account servicing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail groups
• Manage B2B portals, support range review submissions, and assist in customer communication
• Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and PowerPoint presentations
Business Administration
• Act as the central hub between departments, ensuring clear communication and system efficiency
• Assist the leadership team with business reporting and workflow enhancements
• Maintain and update SOPs, office systems, and compliance documentation

What We’re Looking For
• Strong background in logistics, FMCG, or food distribution (3+ years ideal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional multitasking ability
• Strong communication skills to liaise across teams and external partners
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
