They are now looking for an experienced HSEQ Management Systems Coordinator to join the business. This is a permanent position working full-time with flexibility around working hours to suit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain accreditations for Safety (ISO45001), Environment (ISO14001), Quality (ISO9001), and OFSC WHS Accreditation.
• Manage document control and Business Management System (BMS) maintenance.
• Coordinate internal audits per ISO/OFSC requirements, ensuring corrective actions are addressed.
• Conduct quarterly ISO and OFSC audits, process/procedure audits as scheduled.
• Prepare monthly HSE reports and complex tender submissions on QHS.
• Collaborate with PMs/GMs to develop Quality Management plans for tenders/projects.
• Support HSE Manager in external audits, corrective action plans, and construction team collaboration.
• Oversee HSEQ tech platforms (Aconex, Hammertech, Monday.com) as Administrator.
• Develop and monitor BMS targets, objectives, and drive progress.

Key Requirements:

• Lead Auditor training required
• WHS qualification would be beneficial
• Previous experience in a similar role with a consultancy, construction or engineering company
• Experience maintaining accreditations for Safety (ISO45001), Environment (ISO14001), Quality (ISO9001) and OFSC WHS Accreditation
• Quality Management/Assurance qualification would be highly regarded
